I am picky about my sushi. I want the highest quality with the proper preparation. Mrs. Ivy the owner delivers. She absolutely understands what is expected. The best quality available with great prices. An absolute gem of a restaurant you cannot go wrong here. I have been coming for 10+ years, and will continue to be a patron. They treat you like family here, and will work with you on all preferences. It’s the greatest place I’ve ever been in terms of service. I hope you will all enjoy what this place has to offer. It’s truly one of a kind.

Fukuda has the best sushi in town! As soon as you walk in you can tell that the staff truly care about all of their customers. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to your dining experience. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything they offer is so fresh and delicious. I had the salmon belly nigiri and it was amazing, safe to say I will be ordering again. Fukuda may be off the beaten path but it is a must try for anyone looking for their next sushi spot!!🍣🍣

To begin I wanted to make sure the wonderful staff got a shout out for the excellent service and hospitality they brought in making me feel welcomed as a solo diner. Especially when the owner came out at the end of my meal to ensure that everything was up to the high Fukuda standards. To start my meal I dove straight into the entre ordering something that I have never tried before the Beef Nebeyaki Udon. To say I made the right choice was an understatement with the combination of the noodles, soup, different meats and vegetables was excellent. Also, since my meal came with the side I ordered the shrimp tempura which was right up to the same quality. To end the night I still had a little room for dessert with the kitchen closing the waiter did not hesitate to put in one last request for the chocolate La-Fa with ice cream. To believe that my experience could not get better I was surely mistaken. Finally I want to say that my experience at Fukuda was top tier when it comes to service, food, and atmosphere.

Hubby and I popped in for a craving I’ve been having for a while: UDON NOODLES! We were pleasantly greeted and seated quickly. Water brought out immediately. Our server was very sweet (Gunn on our receipt) and had great suggestions. We ordered the chicken udon and chicken soba noodles. She brought out chili oil that had great flavor! We ordered Miso and the green salad. Fabulous dressing on the salad and delicious miso!! We finished every bite! They offered dessert but we had to leave to finish our errands. We went at night around 7 while it was busy we were quickly seated. Didn’t even wait. Not noisy and the booths made it easy to hear our own conversation. Our total WITH a 20% tip was just under $45 for two people. We will definitely be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you, Fukuda for a wonderful experience!!

All due respect, I am not sure who leaves all these great reviews. I have read them and trusted people who said sushi is great. Let me just say it is not. Food tastes like it is old, not fresh and just not tasty. Servers are really nice but at the end of the day it is food you go after. Sorry but it is just not good and waaaaaaay too expensive.
